1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IlimCraft LLC’s (“IlimCraft”) mobile application Rihla ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Additional Terms
We may also have different or additional terms in relation to some of the Services. Unless we say otherwise, those terms supplement and are part of these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
Eligibility: You must be 16 years or older to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services if your parent or guardian agrees to our Terms.
Account Registration and Security: You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your account. Notify us immediately at support@ilimcraft.com of any unauthorized use.
4. User Accounts
Rihla's core features work without an account. To access certain features such as cloud sync and backup, you need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
5. Subscription and Promotional Offers
- Subscription Period: Rihla Premium is available on a recurring basis and automatically renews unless canceled.
- Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through the platform where you bought the subscription (for example, your Apple ID subscription settings for the App Store, or Subscriptions in Google Play). For purchases made directly from us, cancel as described at the time of purchase.
- Changes: Rihla reserves the right to make changes to pricing with advance notice.
- Promotional Offers: Subject to specific terms. After the promotional period, the subscription renews at the standard rate.
- Lifetime Purchases: Available for one account, non-transferable and non-sellable.
6. Other Payment Terms
You can purchase Rihla Premium through third-party platforms, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play, and, where offered, directly from us on our website through a third-party payment processor. Purchases made through a platform are also subject to that platform's terms and payment policies, and refunds for them are handled by that platform under its own refund policy. For purchases made directly from us, you must provide an accurate payment method and you authorize IlimCraft to charge it for the purchases you make. Except where required by law or by the applicable platform's policy, purchases are non-refundable.
7. Service Use
You must be 16 years or older. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
8. Services and User Content Rights
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including journal entries and reflections. By submitting content, you grant the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate the Service. We will not use, share, or distribute personally identifiable information.
9. Third-Party Content
The Services may contain links to third-party content. We do not control or endorse any Third-Party Content.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in activities that disrupt the proper functioning of the Service, including hacking, data mining, or transmitting malware.
11. Termination
Rihla reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time. You may cancel your account from within the app, via our Delete Account page, or by emailing support@ilimcraft.com.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Rihla does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prayer times, Hijri dates, qibla direction, or religious content. Please verify with your local authority where accuracy matters.
13. Medical Disclaimers
The Services are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition or disease. Always consult a medical professional before fasting if you have health concerns.
14. Limitation of Liability
Rihla shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
15. Agreement to Arbitrate
Any disputes will be settled by binding arbitration. You agree that arbitration will be solely on an individual basis. You may opt out within 30 days by emailing notices@ilimcraft.com.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Courts in the Northern District of California will have exclusive jurisdiction.
