Delete Your Account

You are always in control of your data. Delete your Rihla account and all cloud data at any time — from inside the app or by requesting it here.

Delete from within the app

  1. 1Open the Rihla app on your device.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Confirm — your account and all cloud data are permanently removed.

Request deletion by email

No longer have the app installed? Send us a request and we'll process it within 72 hours.

This opens your email app with the request filled in. You can also write to support@ilimcraft.com directly.

What gets deleted

  • Account and login credentials
  • Profile details (name, preferences)
  • Prayer and fasting tracking history
  • Journal entries, gratitude logs, and dhikr counts
  • Saved duaas and app settings synced to the cloud

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it where you bought it, in your Apple ID subscription settings (App Store) or under Subscriptions in Google Play. Requests are processed within 72 hours.
